Role Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service: General Voice accounts
Open to College graduates, associate degree graduates OR 1 year college completed
Accepting applicants with at least 1 yr BPO experience
Must be amenable to work in Boni and Cubao
Amenable to work on shifting schedule and during holidays if needed
